HELP!!! Calls coming in over gateway go to VM only.

I have been having problems with my DSL connection, so in the interim I have setup a Linksys SPA400 that was laying around as a gateway. It works flawlessly for outbound calls, but for inbound it immediately goes to VM without ever ringing.

I have done a SIP Debug and basically it appears that the two extensions in the call group are not answering so it is going to the default VM box. This is strange in that our incoming calls from our SIP provider are ringing in just fine.

I have plugged the SPA400 into another test Trixbox and merely changed the IP address to the subnet that the test lab is in and it works perfectly.

What am I missing?

Please help, my boss is at his wits end.

This ended being a problem

This ended being a problem on the IP Phone itself. I am using Linksys SPA962's and our IP gateway for testing is an SPA400. The lines do not have callerID on them, so they are passing anonymous in the callerID and the SPA962's have anonymous call blocking.

THE SOLUTION:
Log into the phone and go to the following setting.

Phone -> Supplementary Services -> Block ANC Serv: no

By default this is set to yes, so the phone rejects the call and sends it directly to VM (my default path if the phone is offline)

I hope this helps someone else out as it drove me crazy.
