maually reinstall 2.0

my trixbox was on 1.2.3 and i upgraded to 2.0. I don't think the install finished correctly. The system works but freepbx is not working. I get forbiden 403 error. I would like to attempt to reinstall 2.0 manually but can't find the download or instructions.
