Postfix Vrs Sendmail

I have noticed that in the new trixbox there is a place where you can configure the postfix settings. I origanally have send mail and it works. but y question is should i use this new feature. is it eaiser to use or better?
can anyone explain or tell me that i should use postfix?

Postfix is easier to configure, especially if you get into a circumstance where you need to setup mail to go through a SMTP relay (with or without authentication).
Sendmail is more heavyweight. It theoretically can handle more volume, but this is only really a big deal if you are dealing with ISP-like volume of email, not the type of volume any PBX will handle.
