PRI outgoing calls problem in Trixbox 2.4 but not in 2.3.0.10

I have an AirTel PRI line in India
zaptel.conf is
span = 1,1,0,ccs,hdb3
bchan=1-15,17-31
dchan = 16
zapata.conf is
group=1
callerid = asreceived
signalling=pri_cpe
pridialplan=unknown
channel => 1-15,17-31
In Trixbox 2.4 incomming calls are ok
but outgoing calls are rejected
the same configuration works with Trixbox 2.2, 2.3.0.10 but not with 2.4
Pls help

Normally,
The PRI trunk providers would only complete your outgoing calls if you provide a valid caller ID to the outgoing call. To configure this, you should include in the extension page, outbound CLID, the complete user extension number.
