Reminder call

Hello, everyone have a few questions about reminder call template. I am currently using
the version found here http://nerdvittles.com/index.php?p=206 where you can type in the date, time, and hour for the reminder call. Question I have is when they call I get an error message that says "you are using an unlicensed cepstral version." Any ideas how I get a licensed version?

Also I log into this website via 192.168.0.6/reminders local LAN any way to move
that offnet? So I can log in from any location? outside of my local network?

I figured out why I am getting the recording that says you are using an unregistered version. I would need to cough up 30 bucks.. But before I do this I would like to know if there is a way to use this program on public internet now just LAN?
