Ring Strategy

I want to have the same ring strategy when defining ring groups like that of when defining queues. Is it possible? I wanted to use in ring group the "rrmemory" available in queues
what is the difference between FirstAvailable and FirstNotOnPhone in the ring group options of ring strategy?

As far as Ring Groups see:

As far as commonality between Queues and Ring Groups they are not related at all. There is nothing implemented at this time like rrmemory with Ring Groups.
