Sip trunk no call out

Hey i am new to trixbox.
I installed 2.2.9 and it works beautifully.
I got a trunk to Gizmoproject up and it says registered.
The minute i try to place a call, via the trunk i get "all circuits are busy now, please try your call later". I am perfectly lost when it comes to dialplan. So i am almost 100% sure thats the problem.
