Trixbox 2.6.0.7 fail to initialize iax2 trunk

Anybody has solution, My problem goes to iax2 trunk. I have install fresh trixbox 2.6.0.7 ver. setting up pstn has no problem both inbound & outbound call. One of the many things raise me is the iax2 trunk, on my previous version 2.0 has no problem connecting two asterisk box. when i install new TB 2.6.0.7, try to call other TB can't even trigger the trunk, error states "all circuits are busy now" i check it to FreePBX panel link, my IAX2 trunk are stable did not do anything.
