Trixbox design and considerations - your experience

If you was going to build your own server what would you use? What specifically would you use and why. Also do you think the Trixbox enterprise is worth the money or is there better out there for the money? One model with a modest or minimal budget and one with no budget at all. Lets say both unit using Pro with less than 50 users running HUD. Thanks for your input.

As far as system design what are you using for switches? How about firewalls on the Wan.
Small Call Center
One of our boxes is the Trixbox Enterprise Call Center, Dell switches (1 managed POE switched used for our Vlans and others), SonicWall Pro firewall, Adtran routers (2 each T1s and 1 PTP T1). How do you all handle power issues with a small call center, We use larger rack mounted APC with extended run batteries. What is your experiences with generators? Keep in mind that it's probally not proactical to run the lights, computers, ect for an extended time.
