I have been away on other matters. Time to get back to my old Trix...

I have not run an update since Jan 8th. Lots of important Centos fixes to grab.

Will I have a hosed trixbox? And better to reinstall???

If you update tb-config,

If you update tb-config, you'll probably break FreePBX and need to reinstall it. Basically you "upgrade" from FreePBX 2.3 to FreePBX 2.3. You use the website's instructions and you do it through ssh.

Everyone is getting different issues though, I'm not going to warrant you. But just backup FreePBX just in case.

What is "backup FreePBX"

Do you mean the 'standard' backup tool in FreePBX?

And I don't see freePBX in the list of modules to update (tb-config is of course listed). So this is a 'non-update' that overwrites info that freePBX relies on?

I don't know if you'll have

I don't know if you'll have problems or not, but you should always backup before an upgrade.

Personally I run a amanda every night.
