wait for dial tone

hello,

i want to dial through mediatrix, but for that we need to wait until get dial tone, how to enable wiat in dial plan.

Example:
i want to dial 1NXXNXXXXXX but before this trixbox automatically dial 0, and wait for dial tone then dial 1NXXNXXXXXX.

please help.
