Would this be possible?

I've recently installed trixbox CE, and I absoloutely love it! It's really easy to use, and has saved me and my business a lot of time and money! Hooray for trixbox!

What I was wondering, and I dont know if this has been answered somewhere else already. I did search but couldn't find anything relevant.

On my company website, i'd like to display the number of operators available (IP Phones online minus the number of active calls) and the average customer hold time. I have a feeling the first one is pretty possible (not sure about the second), but I was just wondering how it could be done?

I have a good PHP knowledge, so writing something custom shouldn't be too much of a problem, I was just wondering if this was something that could be done?
