{Option 1}
1) Setup a ring group as "411" and enter 1-800-466-4411# as the extention.
2) Disable 411 in "features" in freepbx.
{Option 2}
1) Setup a free ENUM trunk with the following dial pattern: 18004664+411
2) Disable 411 in "features" in freepbx.
3) Setup an outgoing route. Use 411 in the dial pattern and tell it to use the ENUM trunk.
4) (Optional) Setup DISA to give you access to dialtone (recommend using a PIN number for access) and never pay your cellular company again for 411 information. This has saved thousands of dollars in 411 information cellular calls for some of my larger clients. What was a cool trick is now a money maker/saver.
And it works like a champ.
