Good Evening Everyone

I am currently using VTWHITE for my origination and Voicepulse for termination. By the way voice pulse is awsome great quality ect. Anyways my asterisk server is working great, my termination is working great. Now here is the problem VTWHITE's system or server about once a week just goes offline. My DID's get dead air when you call them. Each time i call there is a diffrent reason either way i totaly look like a joke in front of my customer.

Dose any one know of a way for me to monitor a inbound route? It's not a trunk in my system just a inbound route. I was was wondering if maybe i can have a sip trunk call it or something and if the call fails then e-mail me. Not sure if that sound out there, however i don't know what to do other than have someone from my office call the custer's office every hour. It really sucks and i can't afford to lose this customer

Any help would be greatly apricated

Look Again

You have to have a trunk. An inbound route is simply a way to route data coming in from the trunks. Somewhere in there you have a trunk for your inbound calls from your provider. Set the custom AGI to point to a notification script, or an outbound dial script to your cell phone when it fails.

I don't have a Trunk for

I don't have a Trunk for this DID I have the DID setup in VTWHITE with a node so basicly i put my ip address of my trixbox server into the node manager in vtwhite then point the DID to that node, Then in trixbox i have setup a inbound route which points that DID to a ring group.
