How to lower itsp registration timer

Hello, I'm having what I believe to be a firewall issue that is causing me to lose my registration with my ITSP. I'm hoping someone can tell me where to lower my registration timer so that I'm registering with my ITSP more often than what the default setting is.

You can add these variables to your trunk config.

#   registerattempts = Number : Number of SIP REGISTER messages to send to a SIP Registrar before giving up. Default 0 (no limit). (New in v1.2.x).
# registertimeout = Number : Number of seconds to wait for a response from a SIP Registrar before classifying the SIP REGISTER has timed out. Default 20 seconds. (New in v1.2.x).
