International prepaid card ... HELP !!!

i just saw this forum today and it is my first day in this forum ... i think it is great :)
Well ... i am looking to build international prepaid calling card ... so i just tried Tribox by chance ... but i don't know if it is gonna help me !!!
I am looking also for VOIP that offer a really very cheap international rates ... so i can use it in this project ....
Please advice !!!
