SIP/IAX Europe Providers (Prepaid!)

Anyone recommend good SIP/IAX termination in Europe? DIDs would be nice as well but I don't need them right now. My Prepaid SIP provider here in Canada is having issues passing CallerID info for some reason and its an absolutely requirement that my number does not get hidden and shown as "private number" to my callers in the EU.

If they have a callback feature built in (which is ultimately what i'd like to use) thats even better.

http://www.voicetrading.com/ work really fine, but
don't terminate calls to several locations. for example +44 870 ...

looks good, and their rates are extremely low but it looks like it is a wholesale provider and they want minimum 500 euro in their account.. wayy too much then I require.

i have used www.gradwell.com for a number of years and founf them to be very good they offer prepaid and credit accounts
