SIP Provider Multiple Lines/Multiple Phones

Okay. This is what I have and what I need.
I currently have a need for 8 DID's, and Outgoing caller ID.
I was looking at voicepulse, because it looks like they offer a nice service. but they charge 2 cents a minute for ALL outgoing calls. I don't think that would work for me. I make some outgoing phone calls, I don't want to have to worry about how many minutes I had in a given month.
Anybody recommend anybody for this job?

We still don't know what you want. There are hundreds of providers that can give you DIDs and CIDs. Some charge less than $0.02 for outbound. You can also get flat rate outbound for xN concurrent calls from some providers. You don't have to use the same provider for outbound as your inbound. Way too many choices unless you narrow down your needs.

You're going to pay for it either in a flat monthly service rate or in outbound calls.
VoicePulse Connect is $11/DID/month and is multi-channel (4x). The inbound is free; the outbound rates are not flat rate, but variable. Some of my U.S. calls are less than .01/min.
