Will this plan work?
2 PSTN lines from at&t, both with hunt group and call forward on busy features
2 voip accounts, let say 1 voicepulse account with 4 channels, 1 callcentric account with 3 channels.
here is my plan:
1. forward all calls from PSTN1 to voicepulse
2. forward all calls from PSTN2 to Callcentric
3. set call forward on busy feature from PSTN1 to PSTN2
4. get 7 channels total, if have 2 voicepulse accounts then I can get 8 channels total.
will this plan work?
You are spending WAY too much money
If you want to keep 2 at&t lines, that's fine, but you are spending way too much money on voicepulse and callcentric put together. You should get just one VOIP company. I really like teliax, and they have 4 data centers across United States and you can choose the one nearest your hometown to get the best quality. Teliax gives you unlimited channels. Each DID is $5 per month.
Then, set call forward on busy to both lines and set it to the teliax DID. From there, you should be covered with more than 7 channels.
You can also drop one at&t line to save yourself extra money. I don't know why you have two lines there, unless you live in an area that has many power and internet outages.
