I have a few (8) queues and all the agents logs in all the queues. The calls are delivered in crescent number order of queues if all the agents are logged in all queues, so if there are a lot´s of users waiting in the first queue, the users in the second queue will never be answered.
I´m not using chan_agent or queue_weight because of real Deadlock I experience with it, I´m using AddQueueMember and Trixbox-2.2.4
I need a patch to queue.c to deliver the call with longest wait time in all the queues to the agent, like it was a unique queue. Need to use separate queues for report purposes and individual MOH for separate customers. I don´t need to use dynamic queues.
Is there any one in the Trixbox community that are willing to do such work? How much can cost such development?? How much time to make it work? Will it work on Trixbox-2.4.x?
