it allows you dial using

it allows you dial using Trixbox when you are away from Trixbox

just create a disa (with password if you want)
direct the incomming call (using did /cid or anything u have) to the disa in inbound routes

when your call goes to disa (it will ask password if you have) it will gives a dialtone
from which u can dial the number you want to call

that's all i know, try

DISA

DISA stands for Direct Inward System Access

Allows you to call in through an IVR or a DID etc and gain access to the system as if you were actually on an extension.

Our system has an IVR with five selections. The last selection is not announced to the caller. The caller can press 9 and it routes to the DISA and asks for a password. Caller can then access voicemail, call a specific extension etc.

for security reasons:

I would recommend using this with callback feature to a specific phone number. The potential to abuse this function could otherwise possibly be exploited.
