PAYING Job: Asterisk and .NET Automated Phone Calls

But this is what I am looking for:
I dont need a full application written. All I am looking for is some working example code that works on the 2 systems then I'll take over from there and tweak it to do what I need.

1. For a person to call the asterisk system (I can give you your own DID to play with) and enter a known primary key number when prompted by the phone system. After entering, a sql string is run to the ms sql server that returns a string. That string is read back to the user on the phone.

2. A .NET sumbit event is from from a web page which triggers a sql statement to grab some string along with a predefined phonenumber all from a table. Those strings are then passed to the phone system which auto dials the phone number and reads the string to the answeree upon their answering the phone. Values should be written back to the database if the phone was answered or not, time answered, and have a way to auto retry a certain number of times.

Any information on doing this would be appreciated. And of course, feel free to bid on the job and I'll be happy to pay for working code.
