Changing LCD Display

Hi everyone,

I am on of 3 systems administrators for a small business (~20 people) and I'm trying to figure out how to change the display on our Polycom IP430s. Our system was set up by a previous admin who left us no documentation on the setup and I am unfortunately the one who knows the most about the system =(

Right now, our phones have our company name showing on the LCD screen between the top (where it says X missed calls) and the bottom where the menu is, but our company name is changing, so we'd like to change the phones to reflect that. Can anybody tell me where or how I go about editing this?
