Hi
I created an xml file for directory on an HTTP server and its working fine . my directory is using 7xx numbers for all the employees ( internal extensions ), now, i would like to add an option to use the same directory item, but configure a softkey to make a call to the cellphone of this user . example : all users have 7xx and 651117xx for their phone number . is it possible ( instead of creating 2 entries in the directory ) to have for example : 743=John so a "dial" button will dial 743 and another "cellphone" button will dial "65111743" ? THANKS ANYWAY ....

As far as I have seen, there

As far as I have seen, there is still no way to program the softbuttons (at bottom of screen) on Cisco handsets (SIP & SCCP-CHAN-B). Line apperances no problem, and everyone keeps hoping BLF/SLA under SIP may soon become a reality finally (although SCCP does it, albeit with a bit of bugginess under Asterisk v1.4 if you do group call pickups when BLF's are getting hinted).
