cisco 7970 keeps registering

Hello all,
I'm trying to use the 7970 with this sip load but my phone keeps saying "registering" and in asterisk console i do not see any registration attempt.

I already tried the SEP files found on voip-info and in another post form this forum but without success.

Would anybody be so kind to copy and paste his working configuration file?
(I'm using trixbox 2.2.12 and the endpoint manager does not provide correct template)

In your extension settings

In your extension settings on freepbx do:

nat=no
qualify=yes

and in your SEPmac do:

false

(make it say false instead of a '0' if that is what its currently set to, or you can remove the 2 lines pertaining to nat.)
