Fax Help

Hi. Can someone help us. We have had trixbox working great for over a year now.
4 port diguim wild card & 11 SPA941 phones plus xlite etc.
I have never been able to setup incmming fax. I only want to have our trixbox server accept incomming faxes them mail or print directly to a printer.
Is this possible?
I have tried all types of easy configurations within the extensions & general setting page with no luck. I have not tried any config/edit changes. When you send a fax over the PSTN line the trixbox server answers but will not negoeate and a TX error is shown in the sending fax appliance.
Please can someone HELP?
