GXP2000 replacement recommendation?

I am looking to slowly retire ~10 GXP2000 phones. They have been in operation for a little over a year, but have unfortunately started to have hardware problems such as broken back lights and dropped audio.

I would like to keep the cost per phone under $150.
At the moment I am looking at the Aastra 9133i which seems to be the closest match to a GXP2000.

I also like the SNOM phones but the Snom 300 phone just doesn't have the features that people have already gotten used to with the GXP2000. (no backlight, too few BLF keys)

The Polycom IP 330 also looks nice, but it seems like it is more challenging to configure and doesn't seem to have a web interface.

Does anyone have experience migrating users from the GXP2000 phones to something else?

9133i

We changed from the GXP2000 to the 9133i/480i and have been happier.

Another vote for Aastra.......

Although you can't go wrong with Polycom either. But the Aastra's are so easy to setup and manage (via tftp), and the 9133i is very intuitive for users to operate.

Newer snom 300's DO have

Newer snom 300's DO have backlight and PoE now.

However I would choose 320's - they arent much more expensive, and the sound quality is second to none!
