I need Help

I am having issues with a Linksys Spa941, I am using Endpoint manager to register it but it dosen't seem to work. I have entered "setup-linksys" in the command line installed in the right eth0, then restarted the phone (which is reset to factory settings, and the newest firmware) When I hit go in endpoint nothing shows up on the map. So I then try and add it manually, enter in the mac address. It still does not show up after I hit go. My last attempt was to login into the phone like I used to and enter in the proxy and password and such, but after several restarts it fails. (I have succesfuly setup a ata pap2t box with a phone atached, and xlite on a computer, on the same system and are currently running fine) I have just today reinstalled Trixbox but still no luck. Pls help I am sure it's something very simple.
