Multiple calls from one SIP device

Hello Folks,
I am working on interconnecting an IPv4 and an IPv6 network. There is a trixbox on the V4 network that we would like to connect to from SIP clients on the 6 side. We have a sortof sip proxy between the two networks.
If I create a sip extension and connect to it from the proxy can I send more than one call at a time from the proxy? I'm really not concerend what the called ID looks like just that it gets forwarded. I want everyone behind the proxy to look like they are from the same extension.
