Polycom 500 BootROM 4.0.0

I am in desperate need of the following BootRom file as it is not part of the standard TB 2.6.0.7 release and Polycom allows only for older versions to download. Unfortunately the included BoootRom expects these additional files and so far my older 500s are hosed without it.
