softphone not registering libeay32.dll

Just bought theTrixbox softphone, when i start it up i get the login screen,
enter the name and user and the I have this message:
eyeBeam.exe - ordinal not found
The ordinal 3315 could not be located in the dynamic link library LIBEAY32.dll
my only choice is to click OK
after that the softphone comes up,tries to register, and I get
Registration Error 403 forbidden (bad au..)
any ideas?
