Urgent Problem with SPA942
We setup a trixbox with spa942 phones. When call comes in receptionist phone 201 is supposed to ring. Now if 201 is busy, it would appear on the second and subsequent lines. So far so good.
Now if the call is not picked up by the receptionist, the call must go to a general mailbox which is a dummy extension with no phone, so it would go straight to the unavailable message.
This scheme works fine for the first call. But if the receptionist answers the first call and a second call comes in, if she does not pick it up, it is going to her voicemail instead of the general mailbox.
We have also tried setting the call fwd no answer on 201 to the general mailbox but it is not helping.
How can i resolve this issue.
