What DTMF Setting For Linksys ATAs and Hardphones?

I'm using Trixbox 2.6, a rhino 8 port FXO card, and a mixture of various Linksys ATAs and hardphones. I'm having problems where some keypresses aren't caught by the system. I think I've tried all the possible DTMF settings, but I really don't know what the correct one should be for this setup. Are there any tips people can give?
