Hi guys I was wondering if someone can assist me with creating either an addon or something that will log whatever choices people are selecting from the IVR menus and add time stamps to them. For example if a person dials in and selects Options 1 for IVR 1 then Option 2 for IVR 2 I want it to save it to a log file. Including the IVR selections I would like to log the phone number that dialed into the IVR system. If you think you can do this please contact me at nnguyen at itsgroupconsulting dot com. We can negotiate a bounty :)

Can't you derive all that

Can't you derive all that information from the CDR's?

I didn't think you could see

I didn't think you could see what choices they chose in the IVRS. I thought you could only see the incoming # and duration on the phone. Correct me if I'm wrong.

The reason why I need this

The reason why I need this is so an employee can dial into a number and the IVR will log where the number is and then log their options for each IVR. The IVRs will ask them questions that will require them to Press 1 for Yes or Press 2 for No. We want to log these answers to a log file so then I can parse it to a database.

So you want a survey system

So you want a survey system not an IVR? Either way, this is custom AGI scripting, not a feature of the product.

I would suggest going into

I would suggest going into the job section and posting a bounty or a help wanted ad for what you need and have it pretty well scoped out.
