SLA coming soon to trixbox

this bounty is close to being funded for SLA (key system shared line emulation) on trixbox:

We just need 3-4 more contributors.
I know many people have expressed desire for SLA in the past, please consider funding Ethans dev work - I can vouch- he does very good work - otherwise i wouldnt post solicitations for his work;).
