HFC and Digium 4 port analogue

Wonder if someone can help me here. I have a HFC isdn card and a digium 4 port analogue card in my system than I have been using for 2 years now and have worked great. When I install both cards work great but if I restart my system none of the cards want to work. Can anyone giuld me in the right direction. Please
