Problems with calls from the PTSN lines

Good night,

I would seek help on a stage we could not solve. I have a IVR answering all incoming calls to a card 4 FXO modules Openvox and asks the caller to dial the number of internal, or to wait in line until the call was raised until the internal telephonist. The problem is as follows:

When the caller through the PSTN lines entered the number of internal SIP and this internal SIP no answer for some reason the call, then, this call is due to voicemail. The user caller leaves a message on the voicemail or decides to cut the call. However, when one looks at the FOP this call is not short, the channel TDM still occupied and can not be used. After about 3 minutes for the call is short and the channel TDM is released and can be used.

My query is: there any parameter settings that automatically cut the call short when the user caller ends the call or leaving the message on the voicemail? We only have this problem when the call is directed at an internal SIP no answer to the call and that call comes from the card OpenVox.

Of course, I appreciate the cooperation.

Best regards.

Rodney

add zapata.conf

Try adding the following to your zapata.conf :

busydetect=yes
busycount=7

It should hangup your channel after 7 busy counts (you may try other values)

Dear Phil, Thank you for

Dear Phil,

Thank you for your help. We have solved the problem of calls that were not cut through the parameters that has us your past. Now, we have another problem: On some occasions, the IVR FXO lines of the calls not addressed, namely those calls not directly enter the trixbox. It seems that such calls are not detected because we use the parameter callprogress but still remain with the same problem. They could tell us whether there was any other factor that we can use.

Thank you very much for the help.

Best Regards,

Rodney
