step by step configuration of openvox B200P PCI Card

i am have got new openvox Bri card B200P , please guide me how to install this card , check is the best why to configure misdn or zap ?.
i am planing to use for incomming and outgoing calls.
i am in germany do i need to plug in cable form NTBA to Bri Card ?
