When extensions don't answer then zaptel channel don't stop.

I have configured IVR when I have an incoming call , for example from a PSTN line to a extensions 2000, when extensions 2000 don't answer and PSTN line stop then 1 minute Zaptel channel stoped. I want when extesions 2000 don't answer and PSTN stop then Zatel channel stop.
