ZAPTEL channel not working

i have a wilcard x100p fxo card that i am trying to use as my zap channel for outgoing calls from sip exts. The problem is when i do a ztcfg -vv in trix2.4.0 i get no channels to configure. and when i run the genzaptelconf -d -s i get the following:

Failed to initialize DAA, giving up...
wcfxo: probe of 0000:00:0d.0 failed with error -5
Wildcard USB FXS interface driver registered

As a result of this my outgoing and incomming call via the zap channel fails with
"All circuits busy at this time try later"

Please help me with this issue.

The card is failing. Try moving it to another slot, if that doesn't work, then the card is probably bad.
