FOP flashing red and green

I have my trixbox CE running smooth but on the FOP, the ext number flashing in red and green. This is a problem, bug, etc and when I try to install the HUD Server, running and try to install the tbm-admin, it make my system menu and setting off.
Any help on this issues?
