HUD PRO and internet up

Does i need internet up for HUD PRO?, I remember that Fonality said that with internet down only cant change the Trixbox Pro config.

The question is because we have remote customers linked via private wan and they dont have internet access.

You only need internet when you log-in

Hi there,

The answer is "sort of". Each time you start HUD Pro (or enter new login credentials), your HUD client will do a quick database query to Fonality data centers to validate your user's log-in credentials and authorized modules. After that, you do not need an Internet connection to run HUD Pro.
