HUD recording not always working properly
I have set up a tb Pro CCE for a customer and they have 3 telecommuters using the recording feature - they are using it from HUD on inbound and outbound calls. They are telling me that they click the record button in HUD and it always lights up, but most of the time when they go to get the recording it is not there - as in the title of this post, they are telling me it works only about 1 out of every 3 tries. Can someone help me with this?!?

I am actually trying to figure this one out myself. I have since actually narrowed it down to a timestamp and filename issue. When you are recording using HUDLite (I am using V 1.6 since 2.0 doesn't record) after you start recording, it dumps a wav file (in & out) + timestamp and then once you hang up, the call then gets mixed together (I am guessing using mixmonitor) and then you get the file.
The CDR log timestamp UniqueID column doesn't match the file name or format needed to be brought back by the user interface so I am not sure how you could even get 1 of 3 unless they have actually set the extension in Freepbx to record automatically incoming and outgoing.
The CDR timestamp starts when you make that call, and HUDLite recording generates a different timestamp depending on when you start the recording of the call which is why the 2 Unique ID's do not match, but it still saves the files to the /var/spool/asterisk/monitor directory.
This is a pretty important feature, but if they aren't releasing the source for the CE version on how we could actually modify the ID of the wave file to match that of the actual cdr record, you won't be able to view this in the interface (which really sucks because HUDLite is great) but you can't seem to tie in the web interface with the recorded calls.
I'll post something if I find a solution :p

Can you provide examples of calls where the recording does not show up? Please provide the following information:
1. Extension of user recording call.
2. Number of other party being recorded.
3. Date and exact time of the start of the call/recording (if you only have the ending time, please note so).
4. Please note whether the extension that recorded the call placed the call, received the call, or had the call transferred to them.
