Major HUD bug!
We have some users that have an extension that is just a call forward to their cell phone. Although they don't have an IP phone, they still use HUD. If a person uses HUD to dial a number the call will connect fine - BUT - every single user in HUD will reflect as being on a call!!!!!!
HUD shows everyone as being on a call with UNKNOWN. Please let me know if you would like a screenshot, as this is reproducible each time.
