Created a group extention for paging, can press *75200 and I can here the phones in the office auto answer but they cannot hear anything I say.

using pro call center

using pro call center edition server tbadmin136531 - also using aastra 57I's, 53I's, and 55's. I done this in the past on a customers system not sure why it's not working on mine.

*75 is for group paging, *74 is for intercom

SB:

*75 is a one-way group page. If you use *75 for a single extension it will just intercom them (they can speak back to you.)

*74 is a two-way group intercom or single extension intercom. It will always allow two way audio.
