Questions about new installs

Hello. we are having a little trouble on our first install of trixbox call center. Does anyone have a link to some good manuals for first time setup? we purchased from a reseller (vsupply) It does seem that the install was not done correctly, errors when the box first booted, think we got those fixed already. The enclosed documents says you should be able to log into the box via local ip? Is this not the case, we get that apache webserver is installed, not what the enclosed documents say I should get. Did the origianl install go ary? The sales person said they had trouble and it delayed shipping of the unit. Any ideas?

It sounds like you got a trixbox CE manual with your trixbox Pro appliance. You will need to login to your trixbox Pro at http://cp.trixbox.com

Well, not to jump so quickly to conclusions, but we package every appliance here with manuals. So it was either us failing to put the correct one in the box, or some mixup by the reseller if they unpacked and setup the box for you.
The front of the manual should either say "trixbox Appliance CE" or "trixbox Appliance Pro".

BUT - is says to log in using ip in the manual itself....
the supplier said they had trouble with the new 2.0 software. it also booted up out of the box with errors. trixbox seemed very simple as we do do cisco and avaya voip systems. we even sold another system before we received the first trixbox order. I hope we do not continue to have trouble with the boxes or the supplier.
