Trixbox Pro on Poweredge 1750

I have a PowerEdge 1750 with a Perc 4/i RAID card and was wondering if anyone had any experience running TB pro on this. I am currently running CE and it works great, however I did find one issue. If you change the system time in webmin and have the box checked to change the hardware time there will instantly be interrupt conflicts and on reboot the BIOS will not be able to detect any boot devices (RAID,SCSI,HDE,floppy,etc) until the BIOS is manually reset by removing the battery. With that in mind would there be any issues with tb pro changing the hardware time? Has anyone used this setup?

Got trixbox pro working fine

Got trixbox pro working fine with this setup, however we will be going back to the CE edition.
