Asterisk restart issue
Hi,
We're quite new to trixbox & asterisk but have managed to get a great working setup. However we're having a slight issue with asterisk restarts.
It seems that if you do a 'restart now' from the asterisk console (asterisk -r) it disconnects but doesn't actually restart correctly or only half restarts as you cannot make new calls without invoking /etc/init.d/asterisk stop/start. This same issue is causing havoc with the trixbox cp that complains that it's unable to send the configuration basically because the trixbox cp is unable to perform a successful asterisk restart.
As stated above invoking /etc/init.d/asterisk restart (stop/start) resolves things until trixbox/fonality sends down a configuration change or something else requests a reload/restart.
At the time when the issue ocurrs the following is seen when stopping/starting asterisk
----------------------------------------------------------
[root@trixbox122564 log]# /etc/init.d/asterisk stop
Stopped PBXtra Core
Stopped PBXtra Monitor
May 16 16:08:28 WARNING[20940]: asterisk.c:882 quit_handler: Cancelling asterisk shutdown, task already in progress
----------------------------------------------------------
Cheers in advance!
Also in addition to this we're seeing the following errors:
