Call scheduler for Pro 2.0 Call Center
Hello, I have reviewed th call scheduler setup in the tech documents. I have posted previously but have since changed my idea on the matter.
This is what I set up
schedule for M-F business hours
schdule for SAt-Sun weekend hours
now I have submenu called call_center_queue
I have a submenu called calldesk_during_business_hours
so at may main menu if the caller presses 3
it should go to calldesk_during_business_hours
the calldesk_during_business_hours
goto call_center_queue during business hours
goto call_center_queue during weekend hours
goto blast_group immediately
blast_group
(the actual location opens an hour before and an hour after the call desk hours)
I added a schedule reflecting those schedules
so during the store after and when the call desk is closed I wish to ring the blast group or a group of phones. it seems to be simple, but it does not work for me. it actually hangs up on the caller when it runs the call_center_queue. it can only run the call_queue directly for some reason. is there something I am missing? What is the logic? Is it an if then logic set (if true then, if false then) according to the info provided below it should work? Thanks for looking
