How does Find Me work?

How does Find Me or Transfer to cell phone work? I have searched the forum, google and several tech documents concerning this and see no real explaination. I am trying to use a virtual extension. I want to use this as a means of the onsite users to contact me directly using the hud. I want them to click to connect to me (ext 899) when they need technical support. I tried several routes using forward all and find me to no avail. using 9 as part of the dialing plan and without.

It does seem to answer the incoming call. enter 899 for the ext and it just hangs up. How can I get this to work? Thanks for your help.

Do you have a media player

Do you have a media player installed? Do you have a slow internet connection? You may need to leave it on that page for a minute or 2 for it to show up properly. I just went to the link and the video showed up after about 5 to 10 seconds on my pc.

We have several T1s and I have media and real player installed

I did not know know that it takes a bit to load. It should say something there. What is the file in?

It just sites there and says done. Let me try firefox

Does not work with Firefox either

Could it be a firewall or security setting. I do not see anything in our logs?

We have used follow me or

We have used follow me or transfer to PSTN. it from pstn to pstn or extension to pstn. but your problem is for hub.

So do I have a problem with the follow me?

How can I keep the HUB logged in permanently? Is that what we should do. it doens't seem like one has to do that?
